8 oz. German Munich
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 75% efficiency
Used temperature controlled mash. Protein rest 122F, 2.5 gal water at 130F; mahsed - used 5 qts water at 210F to bring mash to 153F; sparged with 5 gal water at 170F; boiled for 60 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 7 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: 1 pack Wyeast Bohemian yeast
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Keg: 11.2 psi @ 40°F
Corn Sugar: 5.04 oz. for 6 gallons @ 70°F
