Mash in with 8 Gallons of water at 165 degrees F for a mash temp of 149. Mash for 60 min and then sparge with 7.5 gallons at 170 degrees F for a boil volume of 12 gallons. | ||||||
Boil: | 90 minutes | SG 1.056 | 12 gallons | |||
Boil for 90 min uncovered to reduce volume to 10 Gallons at kettle knock out. Irish moss at 15 min prior to end of boil. |
