NOTE: When I drank these in May, they were a bit young, and didn't have a tremendous flavor profile; in August, 4+ months later, they are rich, coffee-like, and really full of flavor. Wish I had more of them around the ol' homestead...

Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (10% AA, 50 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.7% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Williams English Brewery Yeast, Liquid
Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.93 oz. for 5 gallons @ 70F
