Bunz' Audacious Ale
Made in the style of an American Brown Ale, this is perhaps the best beer I ever brewed. Never entered it into competition, it didn't last that long!

Mash in at 133 degrees with 9 quarts of 138 degree water. Hold for 30 minutes. Add 4 quarts boiling water and raise temp to 154 degrees. Hold until conversion. Raise to 167 degrees for 5 minutes. Sparge with 4 1/2 gallons 170 degree water. | |||||
