Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.034 11.5 gallons
Irish Moss 1 tsp @ 15 min prior to kettle knockout
Hops: 1.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1028 London Ale
Carbonation: 1.5 volumes Keg: 1.4 psi @ 40°F
Corn Sugar: 1.79 oz. for 5 gallons @ 70°F
