Congratulations to Chris and Diane for their outstanding showing in the club's first annual competition. Your efforts at competition and those of the other contestants exceeded my every expectation for this little venture. I salute all who entered (picture me saluting now). I only wish that I could have been there to taste all of the entries as they were judged. I miss you all a great deal, and think of you often. Thanks for forwarding Home Imbrewment--I would be most grateful if you can keep me on the e-mail list for the coming year.
Brewing is going well for me. My first-ever Classic American Pilsner is lagering now, and my standard American Pale is always on tap here. I hope to find time to enter AHA competition for the first time this year, and will probably even make it to my first AHA Convention in Irving, TX on June 20. Hope to see some of you there, or here.
